Why did you come to Fire Fitness?
-I was looking for something to help me get back into a consistent routine and push myself a little more. I wanted a place that felt welcoming but still challenging.

What keeps you coming back?
-Definitely the community and how I feel after each workout. It’s challenging, but in a good way, and I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished.

What encouragement can you give to someone starting out or back on their health journey?
-Just start, even if you feel nervous or unsure. Everyone is at a different point in their journey, and no one is judging you. Showing up is the hardest part, and it gets easier from there.
