During his Tuesday State of the State address, Gov. threw his support behind a bill in the Ohio House that would increase school recess.

House Bill 304, sponsored by GOP Reps. Tom Young of the Dayton area and Melanie Miller of Ashland, would require traditional public and charter schools to provide 30 minutes of recess twice a day for all students in kindergarten through eighth grade, except on days when a student attends a physical education class.

Hi everyone! 🥰 I’ve been noticing this page is getting views. I’m balancing a few other things (eg working on another Les Mills cert for my group fitness job, my son’s 5 extracurriculars, and a full-time job) but will finish up my RYT after the May cert filming. Reiki in-person sessions are on pause, but can do distance healings if needed. If I have the energy for it, in the future maybe I’ll be at some fairs - stay tuned.

Going to change up the way I'm running things a bit here.. YOU let ME know if you would like a reiki session, and I will work you into the schedule. I may still post availability sporadically, but do not feel that you must rely on that or wait for postings to approach me. My hope is that this helps us all to feel a bit more free.
