🌟 The Kindness Crew Meets Again This Saturday! 🌟
Ages 5–12
At Soul Yoga, we believe that even our youngest community members deserve space to move, connect, and explore stories that help them understand themselves and the world around them. That’s the heart behind The Kindness Crew Series—our yoga + story experience designed to nurture empathy, courage, and conscious community for kids.
This Saturday, we’ll be inspired by the heartwarming book Because Amelia Smiled by David Ezra Stein—a beautiful story that shows how one small act of kindness can ripple outward and touch countless lives.
Through movement, mindfulness, and storytelling, children will explore how their actions—no matter how small—can create connection, joy, and positive change in the world around them. Together, we’ll practice kindness, recognize our impact, and discover how each of us can be a force for good in our communities.

This month, we celebrate the beauty, courage, resilience, and joy of the LGBTQIA+ community.
At Soul Yoga, we believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are! Fully seen, valued, and loved. Our commitment to inclusion, belonging, and community extends far beyond the month of June.

Happiest Birthday to our beloved Soul Teacher & Educator, Jen Seaman

Jen teaches the way an artist creates. Each class begins like an empty canvas, and somehow, breath by breath and movement by movement, she fills the room with the colors of our souls. Every sequence feels intentional. Every word carries meaning. And by the end, you realize you didn’t just take a class, you experienced something beautiful.
There is so much depth, creativity, and care in the way Jen shares this practice. As both a teacher and educator for the soul institute, she continues to inspire our community and shape the heart of Soul in ways that are impossible to fully put into words.
Jen, thank you for the artistry, wisdom, and love you bring into this space. We are endlessly grateful for you.

The Celebration Continues 
Three years ago, before Soul officially opened its doors, we held our VERY FIRST CLASS for our friends and family.
Taught by the incredible , we invited the people who believed in this dream before it was fully built.
So much hope.
So much love.
So much community already filling the room before we even opened.
And somehow, it feels so perfect that three years later, Jen is teaching our FREE Anniversary Class for our community (The Soul Family) this Wednesday at 6:30am. Sign up and grab your spot.
