Lisa Vegas Dance Nationally recognized ballroom dance choreographer, competitor, instructor, examiner & adjudicator. Lisa has helped hundreds of aspiring stars Get Up and Dance!

She is a nationally recognized choreographer, competitor (pro and pro/am), instructor, examiner (DVIDA) and adjudicator (NDCA, NADTA, DVIDA). Lisa Vegas has established Cleveland, Ohio as a hot-bed of DanceSport activity by owning and operating several ballroom dance studios. Lisa also started and organized, for 13 years, a nationally recognized NDCA sanctioned Ballroom competition. Lisa led the i

naugural Case Western Reserve University Ballroom Dance Society and Competitive Team. A United States 9-Dance Champion, Rising Star Rhythm Finalist, World Professional Ohio Star Ball 9-Dance Champion, Rising Star Smooth, Rising Star Rhythm Finalist and International Ballroom competitor,

Lisa utilizes her expertise and experience to consult with studios through showcases and coaching sessions, train and certify instructors as a DVIDA Examiner, and to judge both professional and amateur competitions. In addition, Lisa currently travels throughout the country to compete with her pro-am students including 3 United States pro-am titles. Additionally, Lisa is a sought-after event choreographer and organizer that includes Cleveland Play House events, several corporate events and fundraisers such as the Transplant House of Cleveland: A Second Dance at Life fundraiser.

2026 was an incredible year for Lisa Vegas Dance at CBC! Congratulations Bill Sparks for such a great weekend! CBC is a staple in our competition schedule & each year keeps getting better & better!

We had some incredible results for both our students & teachers this weekend including:

-Heather Carmen & Matthew were in the TOP 20 students!

-HEATHER was the TOP Silver female student

-MATTHEW was the TOP Bronze male student

-MATTHEW AND CARMEN danced (and won!) Amateur Silver Smooth multidance

-BRIAN & CARMEN- danced incredibly in their amateur nightclub heats & did an incredible job in their amateur rhythm debut!

-Everyone placed in all their scholarships and some from semis!

-Lisa won TOP overall teacher and Most Entries top teacher!

A special Thank you to our amazing students and teachers Thomas Kindt and Lisa Vegas (TEAM VEGAS), who once again made Lisa Vegas Dance the TOP STUDIO at CBC!

From Christmas in July nightclub, to rhythm, smooth, and ballroom with students Heather & Matthew doing a great job in their championship and scholarship events! We are taking the day to explore New York today & looking forward to enjoying our evening back at the competition! What a way to spend the 4th of July weekend!! ❤️🤍💙
