This year’s No-Gi Worlds was absolutely incredible. I’ve experienced many amazing moments in sports, but this one is truly at the top of the list.
Day 1 was all about the adult blue belts, and they went out there and gave it their all. Every single one of them showcased incredible progress:
jj who’s been with me since the very beginning of his Jiu-Jitsu journey, battled through an 80+ competitor bracket to earn an impressive 3rd place finish 🥉.
another day-one student, showed just how much he has grown and improved. His hard work was on full display, and I couldn’t be more proud.
came out strong as always. His constant improvement is remarkable, and even though he got robbed this time, I have no doubt he’ll come back stronger. At the rate he’s progressing, that division will be his soon enough.
stepped up on just 1-2 weeks’ notice and still put on an incredible performance. No hesitation, just pure determination to get out there and go for it.
Day 2; was all about the masters, and they did not disappoint:
started the day on fire and didn’t let up, dominating his way to the top and bringing home the gold 🥇. He capped off his performance by earning his purple belt from a well-deserved promotion.
put on an amazing performance. Despite being a blue belt for less than six months, she’s already achieved 🥈 at No-Gi Pans and now 🥈 at No-Gi Worlds. I can’t wait to see what she accomplishes as she gains more experience.
wrapped up the day with some strong matches, earning his first IBJJF victory and 🥉 He set a goal and has been grinding ever since joining the RTSC Team, showing tremendous improvement along the way.
I’m unbelievably proud of this team and beyond excited to see what 2025 holds as we continue chasing and smashing goals together. Huge thanks to everyone at RTSC—I say it every day, but we couldn’t do this without your unwavering support. A special thank you to Dante Leon and the ADAMAS Team, as well as Heath Pedigo and everyone at PSF. The support from all of you is truly inspiring.
