The picture on the left was taken at my SECOND SHOW EVER, 6 YEARS AGO… And it just so happens to be where I earned my FIRST OVERALL WIN!

I had already fallen in love with bodybuilding before I ever stepped on stage, but winning my first overall? BABYYYY, THAT LIT A FIRE UNDER ME!

And now, HERE WE ARE! After 3 years of restoration… growth, healing, rebuilding, and becoming a better version of myself.

I’d like to call this season RESTORATION… and I’m JUST READY!

Ready for the stage.
Ready to see what all these years of work have produced.
Ready to step into everything God has been preparing me for.
Ready to show up as the woman I’ve become through this journey.

This comeback means SO MUCH MORE than a physique! This is real PERSONAL…. Real DEEP and very SPIRITUAL. Thank God we don’t look like what we’re GROWING THROUGH… 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
