Teamed up with and the heights rec center and took some of the players out for some community service. We pulled some weeds and laid mulch for multiple senior citizen families in the community. We had a great time doing it and enjoy putting smiles on peoples faces! 🏀

What an experience this Phoenix trip is for myself the staff and the boys! Winning and losing is a big part of this game. If you know me you know i always want to win, but those wins and losses eventually get forgotten. The memories each individual will have and the bonds that everyone has made is something that will last forever. This is bigger than just winning and losing a basketball game. It’s the life experiences, the laughs we share and bringing them out of there comfort zone to help these young men grow. This trip is definitely doing that! 🖤💛💯🤞🏽

Track is officially over and i couldn’t be more proud of Trey and the progress he made. Nationals was a great experience for the both of us. He finished 3rd in his heat and ran his fastest time in the 800 finally getting under 3min, and finished 4th in his heat and tied his best time in the 1500!
