Coach Rod Price is currently paddling the Everglades challenge, a 300 mile race from Tampa to Key Largo. He started yesterday morning and is currently near Naples! He will be paddling through headwinds as he rounds the tip of Florida, or he may choose to cut through the Everglades to cut down some of the headwind. He's making great time!

February practices are starting off strong with a full boat and an awesome workout. Warm up, stretch, 3 sets of 25 power with 10sec recovery between. Ramp start +100 stroke race pace with active recovery (2xs). Cool down. Switch sides and repeat 👍🏻

Happy New Year from the Clermont Highlanders! We had a great turnout for our first practice of 2020. We are back to our regular practice schedule. Come join us at the Clermont Boathouse Saturday's at 8am and Wednesday's at 6:15pm. We'd love to meet you, all are welcome to paddle. See you Wed!
