Laila — our senior, our captain, our leader.

You’ve been the steady voice, the relentless competitor, and the example of what hard work truly looks like day in and day out. You lead with confidence, but also with heart — always lifting up your teammates, pushing them to be better, and never asking for more than you’re willing to give yourself.

Your toughness, discipline, and love for the game have shaped this program in a special way. You’ve shown what it means to stay committed, to battle through adversity, and to play for something bigger than yourself.

There’s a standard here because of you.

We are going to miss your leadership more than words can say — your presence, your fire, your voice on the court.

But we couldn’t be more proud of you as you head into your next chapter at Warner. They are gaining an incredible athlete and an even better person.

Today we pause to give thanks — not just for wins, big moments, or highlight plays — but for the God who makes every good thing possible. We are grateful for His faithfulness, His strength, and the incredible community He’s placed around our program.

To our players, coaches, families, and supporters: thank you for showing up, serving, encouraging, and living out Christ-centered excellence every single day. Our team motto reminds us that everything we do is for His glory, and today we celebrate all He has done and all He continues to do in and through this team.
