I know many of you followed along as Ann and I spent a year travelling the country in an RV...and thanks for that!

I wanted to alert you all to the page (in addition to our YouTube page) that you may be interested in following along. (Give it a Follow)

The difference in the page is that the videos are all short in length and highlight some of the things we did along the trip. Hopefully, this will be something that may inspire you to visit a certain place. Or, if you are planning a trip, it may help you in that planning.

Thanks in advance for the follow!

At the conclusion of his Clemson career, Williams ranked third in school history in receiving touchdowns, fourth in receiving yards, and fifth in receptions.

Today’s photo features Clemson’s former Dairy Science Building, a campus landmark that no longer exists.

Constructed in 1912 at a cost of $20,000, the three-story building housed the offices of the Animal Husbandry, Dairy, and Extension divisions.

Attached to the facility was a large barn capable of housing 120 cows, along with four concrete silos that supported the university’s agricultural operations.

Trivia Question
The Dairy Science Building was often at the center of a popular prank played on Clemson freshmen. What was the prank?

Charlie Timmons: Dark Territory Clemson Letterman And Trivia Question Of The Day

A native of Abbeville, South Carolina, Timmons lettered at Clemson from 1940-1942 and became one of the Tigers’ most important players during that era.

He played a pivotal role in Clemson’s victory in the 1940 Cotton Bowl, rushing for 127 yards and scoring the game’s only touchdown in a hard-fought 6-3 win over Boston College.

Timmons’ outstanding collegiate career attracted the attention of professional football scouts, and he was selected by the Washington Redskins in the 1942 NFL Draft.

However, with World War II underway, Timmons chose a different path, opting to serve his country by enrolling in the United States Navy rather than pursuing a professional football career.

Trivia Question
Clemson was not Charlie Timmons’ first college football stop. Which school did he attend before transferring to Clemson?
