Join us next week for Murph! This workout is in honor of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a Navy Seal who was killed in action in Afghanistan. We, along with other CrossFit gyms, do this workout in honor of the men and women, just like L.t. Murphy, who have given their lives for our freedom.
Come a little early to warm up, but we will start at 9:30AM with a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1 mile run to close. This workout is infinitely scalable for all ability levels. See you next week!
