Wilson Park trainee and Davie County Sophomore Defensive Back, Kristian Lyons, has gotten off to a sterling start to the fall football season. In two games, he has returned a fumble for a TD, blocked a punt and has 3 interceptions, which leads the state. Keep up the great work, Kristian!

Each workout contains at least 30 minutes of footwork, speed and agility, followed by core work and stretching. The goal is to gain strength in explosive movement, especially in the hips. Core strength is important for all athletes. Speed and agility is incorporated to assure maximum potential in all sports.
