This new-to-us F-450 will allow our maintenance crews to safety transport our equipment around the golf course and to our sister courses, while the flatbed converts into a dump trailer which will make our numerous projects around the course much easier, safer, and more efficient.

Membership update!

The excitement surrounding Salem Glen continues to grow, and thanks to the incredible response from our community, we have surged well beyond our first-tier goal of 300 members!

With Tier One officially cleared, the previously announced Tier One membership and access changes will take effect beginning Monday, August 24th:

Full Membership Initiation Fee increases to $3,000

7:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. tee times become Member-Only every day

Public tee times may be booked up to 10 days in advance

Pool-Only Memberships will be capped at 50

Please note: Any public tee times in the 7:30-10am time slot that have already been scheduled will absolutely be honored.


ONE MORE OPPORTUNITY — FIRST 5 ONLY!

We know many people did not expect Salem Glen to reach Tier One this quickly! Because of how quickly we crossed the 300-member mark, we am extending one final opportunity to the NEXT 5 NEW MEMBERS who join this weekend:

Once those five spots are claimed, the $3,000 initiation fee will officially be in place.

Our Path to Private is off to an incredible start!

In only 4 days, 22 new members have joined Salem Glen as we continue working toward our goal of becoming a private club and we only have 10 members to go until we hit the 300 member tier!

Once we reach 300 members:

* Initiation fee increases to $3,000
* Members-only tee times from 7:30–10:00 AM daily
* Public booking window moves to 10 days
* Summer Pool Membership will be capped at 50 and increase in price

There are only 3 full days left to join before the initiation fee becomes mandatory, this Thursday the 20th!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us for Family Movie Night! 🎬🍿

The rain didn’t stop us! We may have had to make a few adjustments, but that didn’t keep us from having an amazing night together. We enjoyed lots of laughs, a great movie, and of course, an ice cream & popcorn bar that was a huge hit!

On the eve of our reopening, Salem Glen’s "Path to Private" has officially begun.

In just the past week, more than 20 new memberships have joined Salem Glen, bringing the club to 268 total memberships. We are incredibly excited about the momentum surrounding the reopening and the future of the club.

To give interested families one final opportunity to join, we are extending our initiation-fee waiver through August 20 as we formally announce our "Path to Private".

Here is exactly what happens next:

NOW THROUGH AUGUST 20

• $0 initiation fee

BEGINNING AUGUST 21

• The full membership initiation fee becomes $2,000

• This rate remains in effect through 299 total memberships

AT 300 TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS

• The full membership initiation fee increases to $3,000

• Tee times from 7:30 a.m. through 10:00 a.m. become member-only every day

• Public tee times may be booked up to 10 days in advance

• The peak public green fee increases from $85 to $90

• Pool-only memberships are capped at 50

AT 350 TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS

• The full membership initiation fee remains $3,000

• Public tee times may be booked up to five days in advance

• The member only booking window expands to Open - 10:30 a.m.

• Additional high-demand and holiday tee times may be protected for members

• The peak public green fee increases to $100

• Pool-only memberships are eliminated and will no longer be offered or renewed

AT 400 TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS

• The full membership initiation fee increases to $4,000

• The peak public green fee increases to $110

• Public golf is primarily limited to weekdays and designated off-peak periods

• Weekend course access increasingly focuses on members and their invited guests

AT 425 TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS

• The full membership initiation fee increases to $5,000

• The peak public green fee increases to $115

• Salem Glen begins operating on a near-private basis

• Unaccompanied public golf is limited to select off-peak tee times

AT 450 TOTAL MEMBERSHIPS

• Salem Glen becomes fully private

• Daily-fee public golf ends

• Membership is capped, and prospective members may be placed on a waiting list

• The golf course, pool, clubhouse, dining, pickleball, and associated club programming become available only to members and their invited guests

The TrackMan Range and Salem Glen Golf Academy will remain open to the public at every stage, including after the rest of Salem Glen becomes fully private. This will allow us to continue supporting golf instruction, practice, clinics, camps, club fitting, and player development throughout the community.

Our goal is to make Salem Glen more private in a thoughtful and financially responsible way. As membership grows, public access will gradually decrease, member access will improve, and the club will continue investing in course conditions, amenities, service, dining, and programming.

Those who join now can become part of Salem Glen’s future with no initiation fee through August 20.
