We had a great meet at Clemmons West last night and our team was treated to a post-meet dinner at Sonic thanks to the incredible generosity of the parents of a former coach! We have one regular-season meet left so declare your swimmers and let’s make it another fun one!

We had a great turnout this morning for our first stroke clinic of the season! Swimmers worked on their starts and finishes today in preparation for our meet this coming Tuesday.

Please remember to sign IN for the meet on Tuesday, 6/9 if your swimmer will be competing. Our coaches will work on meet entries tomorrow evening!
