We had a great week at our first camp this summer. I cannot say enough good things about these kids this week. They did awesome at the show tonight. Completely nailed the drill to music. I did not get a video maybe a parent did and can send it to me. I did get practice video yesterday with all the kids. We had two riders that left for vacation before the show tonight. My helpers stepped in and rode their horses for the show. So proud of everyone.

Horse camp Invitation!
You are invited !
This unique camp has students riding about 3 hours a day. Perfect for the those who really want to ride. We have a week of fun, riding horses, doing team building games, and swimming.
We encourage kids to help each other. I put kids in groups according to riding ability not age. Our goal is to develop a better riding experience with our horse by teaching our students correct positions and how to give the horse correct ques and simple rewards.
We work on building a partnership with your horse. Each rider is given the same horse to ride for the week. Some of things we work on is obstacles, pole bending, barrels and equestrian patterns.

Camp dates:
June 1-5 Beginner/ Intermediate
June 15-19 advanced speed (over night option $550. )
June 29-July 3 Beginner/Intermediate

Drop off is at Shadow Creek Ranch at 8:30am. We ride each morning until around noon. Afterwards we put horses out to graze and we eat lunch . Then we swim, play games and learn about horses and common ailments etc.

Students are asked to bring a backpack each day, with a change of clothes, tennis shoes, swim suit, towel and sunscreen .
This year, we ask that you bring an insulated water container (Yeti/ Arctic or comparable ) with name on it ; Bring it full of ice water and we will refill it as needed throughout the day. We are also having kids bring their own lunch.
All other drinks and snacks will be provided.

Kids can be picked up at Shadow Creek Ranch around 4-5 each day.

There will be a show for the parents on the last evening of camp starting at 6pm.
Kids will be ready to go home after the show.

Price is $475 For the week.

If you are needing a school horse ; I will need you to sign up as soon as possible so I can know how many horses I will need to provide for kids.
Please send me your email address and I will get you the sign up forms. I will need a $100 deposit to get you on the list.

On the final day of the Retreat, we completed a 4-hour trail ride from Kimble Bend to Plowman's Creek. We thank the Lord for the great weather. I pray the Lord watches over each of these Godly women. Let your light shine ladies.
