It’s time for Olympic lifts training—learn the proper technique and become more explosive.

If your athlete is interested in joining our Olympic Lift Training Program, now is the time to secure a spot. We currently have a limited number of openings available.

This program has maintained a full roster since last year, and we anticipate these remaining spots will fill quickly.

Program Details
📅 Training Dates: August 8, August 15, August 22, and August 29th
🕚 Time: Saturday’s, 7:00AM – 8:00AM
📍 Location: CrossFit Westchase - Largo
💲 Cost: $100 for the four sessions

Olympic lifting is an excellent way to develop explosive power, strength, coordination, and athletic performance that translates directly to success in sports.

While everyone else is just practicing, RAVE Speed Training is building faster, stronger, and more explosive athletes.

Our Sunday and Monday training sessions are specifically designed for youth football players and cheerleaders, giving athletes the opportunity to train on days they’re typically not at football or cheer practice. It’s the perfect way to improve speed, power, agility, and overall athletic performance throughout the season.

💥 Train just 1 day per week for only $100 per month—that’s just $25 per session.

Blazin Ravenz Track Club has always been about more than athletic performance—our primary mission is helping student-athletes further their education and prepare for success beyond the track.

Today, we are proud to celebrate a significant milestone: nearly 200 former student-athletes who have been part of the Blazin Ravenz family have gone on to earn their college degrees. That achievement reflects our commitment to developing well-rounded individuals and demonstrates the lasting impact of keeping education at the forefront of everything we do.

Our work is far from finished. The pipeline is filled with former student-athletes who are continuing their college journeys, and we look forward to celebrating many more graduates in the years ahead. Their success is the true measure of our mission—and a reminder that the greatest victories extend far beyond competition.
