"WARMUP WEDNESDAY" with JSTAthlete AJ Mathis, Division 1 College Baseball Centerfielder.

Before we get into any of work for the day, our athletes go through a dynamic warmup that preps their body for the movements they will perform throughout the workout. Proper movement prep leads to optimal performance. You can't have great work without a great warmup.
