Let’s all Pray that we can get vaccinated & check on the older people around us.
I’m being very fussy about who I’m training with,so if you can handle being pushed to your limit,then get a hold of me & we will go from there.
Remember the more you sweat now,
The less you’ll bleed later on in life.

Kevin died after having a massive heart attack this past Wednesday night. It is a very big loss for all of us. I will miss his fun spirit around the gym. Our thoughts and hugs go out to Patti for her loss and may she feel comfort from above!
