▫️She will be doing 30 minute mini-treats for any kind of muscle pain/tightness. Treatments can be just for dry needling ($30), dry needling and Astym both ($40), or just Astym ($30).

▫️Lingering pains/tightness/stiffness of any kind from head to toe:
Neck
Shoulder
Upper back
Mid back
Low back
Hips
Quads
Hamstrings
Knees
Calves
Foot/Ankle
