Yoga teaches us that beneath all the labels, stories, beliefs, and differences, there is a shared essence connecting us all. One of the most courageous things we can do in this lifetime is fully embody who we are and allow others the freedom to do the same.

This day of meditation will give you a dynamic experience and help you gain a greater understanding of the effects of meditation. You will feel confident to explore ways to go even deeper in your practice.

Where ever you are in your spiritual journey, this Day of Meditation will be a welcomed partner on the path.

It is an opportunity to go deeper in a meditation practice with group consciousness.

This day of meditation fulfills the one-day 6-hour requirement for Level 1 KRI Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and is open to everyone in the Yoga Village Community who feels called to this day of transformation.

**Some form of prior meditation experience would be helpful, but not required to participate**
