⚽️ Soccer Update!

Due to the potential impact of Hurricane Isaias, tomorrow’s soccer instruction is canceled. We’ll likely add an additional Saturday to the end of our schedule to make up for the missed session, pending the majority’s agreement.

An email has also been sent with these updates.

Please stay safe this weekend, and we’ll see everyone next weekend!

🌅 Good morning from Harrison-Caver Park!

There’s something special about seeing the sun come up over the ballfields. ⚾🌤️

As we continue working to improve Harrison-Caver Park, mornings like this are a great reminder of what these spaces are all about — recreation, community, and creating places people are proud to call their own.

Whether it’s baseball, softball, soccer, pickleball, walking the track, or one of our growing programs and events, there’s always something happening at Harrison-Caver.

Another day, another opportunity to play in Aiken County!

🛹 THANK YOU, AIKEN COUNTY! 🛹

What an incredible turnout at Harrison-Caver Park! More than 400 attendees came through throughout the day to skate, ride, connect, and show their support for Aiken County’s growing skate community.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended, the event staff, volunteers, skate organizations, food vendors, local vendors, and everyone who helped make the day possible. Your time, energy, and support created an awesome atmosphere and showed the potential that exists for skate recreation in our community.

But today is only one step. As we move forward, continued support will matter. If we want the movement for expanded skate opportunities to keep gaining traction, we need to see consistent participation and attendance at future skate events, programs, clinics, and other opportunities. Showing up—not just once, but consistently—is one of the best ways the skate community can demonstrate the demand for these recreational opportunities.

Thank you for showing up today, Aiken County. Let’s keep the momentum rolling! 🛹🚲
