POWER HOUR BOOT CAMP Power Hour is an outdoor fitness boot camp that is facilitated by certified personal trainers Marcus Page and Todd Hetrick at Country Hollow Park.

Power Hour is a one hour fitness boot camp with a wide variety of exercises in stations, circuits, and full group exercise training. Our goal is to provide a high energy atmosphere with good loud high energy music while providing the leading industry exercises while having the most fun that we can have while getting lean and tone while burning fat. We meet Saturdays at 9:00 and the cost is $25.00 for a single session and $20.00 when you buy two or more.

Looking forward to our growing POWER HOUR BOOT CAMP this Saturday and every Saturday at 9:00 am at Country Hollow Park just off of Curlew west of Us 19.. see map on page for directions and address. Come on out!!!!! Promotion for first timers this week we are doing just $10.00 for our one hour camp. This camp is for all levels of fitness. We have fun!!!! Saturday 9 am POWER HOUR BOOT CAMP was another challenge met by all the participants.. Great job to all who came and accomplished. We had new stuff this week and will continue to keep it fresh with new exercises and new music this week. We welcome all new comers who would like to participate. We had a great turn out even with the rain on Saturday and did the Power Hour at Anytime Fitness at Curlew and US 19. Thank you all who came to our opening week and GREAT JOB!!! Lot's of energy and good work :) If anyone would like to participate please inbox to let us know you are coming. Already talking about starting a second Boot Camp soon so we can meet twice a week. This Saturday at 9 a.m. Is opening week for our new boot camp. We are establishing a long term boot camp with a healthy core of participants already committed.
