Shamanic Drum Workshop 🫎
This workshop is suitable for all levels and is particularly beneficial for sound-healing practitioners, yoga instructors, and energy workers seeking to discover a sacred tool filled with pure medicine linked to the ancestors of our Mother Earth.

This course welcomes participants of all levels.

Each participant is required to bring their own drum and be**er, as Sadana Center will not supply drums.

What will we discover and how will we find healing on this sound journey?

• We will delve into the medicine wheel, the elements, the forces of the universe, and the rhythms of the drum.

• By integrating the nurturing movements of shamanic dance with the understanding of different drum rhythms, we will engage both hemispheres of the brain, fostering healing for the body and mind through harmonious rhythmic interaction.

This course includes:

• The Dance of the Heart.

• An introduction to each rhythm and its connection to the elements and the medicine wheel.

• Guided practices with Shifu Orlando on utilizing these tools in sound healing or energy work sessions.

Fire 🔥 Meridian dragon Qigong.
All levels are welcome.

The Dragon QiGong form implements special visualization and breathing techniques in addition to movements that imitate sparks arising from a bonfire and swirling upward like a spiraling dragon.

The form works directly on the acupuncture meridians, releasing areas of stagnation and bringing the physical and emotional body into a balanced state of well-being.

Are you ready to release, recharge ,restore and reborn?
This Saturday 19th is our Sound Bath meditation with ancient shamanic instruments.

In my healing sessions, I work with shamanic flutes made of bone, bamboo, and clay, originating from the pre-Inca cultures of Peru.

These ancestral flutes come from ancient peoples who have no connection to the modern world.

These ancient cultures, with a history spanning 2,500 years, used pan flutes in ensembles or families (of various sizes) crafted from clay and fired in ovens.

These ceremonial, magical, and shamanic instruments could produce up to 12 notes, creating musical structures entirely distinct from the pentatonic system.

For the past 29 years, I have dedicated myself to researching, studying, and exploring ancestral shamanic instruments from various countries and traditions.

In my magical presentation, I will envelop you in sound frequencies you NEVER experienced.

The Fire Dragon Qigong form for the meridians is an ancestral method for transforming areas of stagnation within the body's 15 main meridians, in accordance with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

We use the Dragon's spiral movement to ignite the inner fire in our physical body , ​​awaken our spiritual energy, and harness the power of our inner fire to transform illness and release emotions.
