Welcome to our 2024 Fun Fact Fridays!!! Our first fun fact to kick us off is all about getting back to working out.

DID YOU KNOW?

Scuba diving may not appear to be a conventional "sport," but in reality, it is a highly engaging activity that can lead to significant calorie expenditure. In moderate water temperatures, an average diver can effectively burn up to 600 k-calories per hour. This remarkable calorie burn is primarily a result of the body's effort to counteract heat loss underwater and uphold its core temperature. Such physiological demands place scuba diving on par with numerous other calorie-burning endeavors.

What a great weekend. Lots of changing plans of the fly with the weather but we made the best of it! West Palm had to be canceled for weather so we went to Devil's Den Prehistoric Spring & Blue Grotto. We had also planned for a Rainbow River night dive but unfortunately the captain was sick. All made the best of it had tons of laughs and well….Virgil was all about saying hello this weekend. Can’t wait for our next few trips as planning is already in the works!!
