⭐⭐INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT⭐⭐

Tracy Gabriesheski is a certified Les Mills BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT instructor, as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and NASM Youth Exercise Coach.

Born and raised an Iowa girl, Tracy moved to Florida in 2008. She’s been married for eleven years with two sons and loves the outdoors.

Tracy has been active her entire life, participating in soccer, track and volleyball. She fell in love with group fitness after taking her first BODYCOMBAT class in 2014. The combination of the adrenaline, music, moves and the instructor made it a truly unforgettable experience.

Tracy became an instructor in 2018, and is now continuously expanding her knowledge to help others bridge the gap from where they are now to where they want to be.

Be sure to join Tracy for BODYCOMBAT at 10:30 a.m. on Labor Day (this Monday, 9/6!) after BODYPUMP at 9:30.

⭐️ INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

Becky Walton is a certified Les Mills instructor for BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and LES MILLS CORE. A mom of four, she has a BS in Business Management. Becky's been teaching group fitness since June of 2018, and moved from CA to FL in March of 2020--right in the thick of the 2020 lockdowns.

Becky fell in love with with group fitness in 2014, about a year after having her third kiddo and knew this was what she had to do! Becky went all in, got her certifications, and now teaches all how to live their healthiest and happiest lives!

Join us on Labor Day (9/6), where you'll catch Becky up front during both BODYPUMP (9:30 a.m.) and BODYCOMBAT (10:30 a.m.) See you there!
