Haven’t posted in a little bit, so I figured I’d give y’all a little update.

Honestly, I really don’t have a good reason for disappearing 😂 I’ve just been spending some time working around the house and getting some things done that we’ve been putting off and need to take care of sooner rather than later.

The shop hasn’t gone anywhere though! I’ve still been working on inventory, testing some new stuff, and figuring out what I want to bring in next.

I still need to get this pile of lead sold though 😂 so I can turn around and put that money right back into the shop and get some more stuff in here for y’all.

Appreciate everybody who continues to follow and support Potomac Bait Barn! 🎣 It really does mean a lot.

We’ll be getting back at it soon. 👊 What do y’all want to see me bring into the shop next?

WE HIT 300+ FOLLOWERS! 🎣🔥

We officially passed 300 followers on the page! I just want to say thank you to everyone who has followed, shared a post, placed an order, stopped by, or even just watched the videos and supported what I’m building.

Potomac Bait Barn is still growing, and there’s a lot more coming as I keep getting the shop stocked and adding new stuff.

I’m gonna put something together in the next day or so to celebrate hitting 300+, so keep an eye on the page 👀🎣

Let’s see how fast we can get to 500! 🔥

Testing out some homemade pack baits for the shop today 🎣

I’ve got one garlic mix for catfish, plus two carp mixes — a brown sugar mix and a strawberry Jell-O mix.

These are still in the testing stage, and I want to hear from you: What other pack baits would you like to see, and how would you like them to act in the water? Slow breakdown? Fast cloud? Stay on the hook longer?

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨

Buc-ee’s is coming to town, and I’ve officially decided I’ll be set up for the GRAND OPENING.

I’ll be out there early with the tent, the gear, and a game plan. Might as well make myself comfortable because I’m not missing this.

If you see the Potomac Bait Barn set up in the parking lot, just keep moving. Nothing to see here.

If you haven’t checked it out yet, I went down to the river yesterday to see how much the water had come up after all the rain. It’s definitely higher and a whole lot more brown than it was before. Not moving real fast, but there’s a lot more water out there now.
