Super proud of these young ladies for giving it their all down at state track this last weekend! Finlee qualified in the shuttle hurdle team, and Paizlee qualified in the 4x800 team relay.

As their trainer all I ask of them is to give it their all in everything they do. Well boom, both made it to state and learned many lessons along the way.

Nice Job P and Finn, proud of you both!

Congrats to my star tennis player Walker Williams on getting the win for his team tonight at home! This guy has been training with me for over a year now and has made tremendous strides not only physically but mentally too. It’s good to see this kid open up and have more confidence as a person.

Proud of this little beast! He’s had one goal for himself these past couple months. Been chasing 45 pounds on the bench press, and was finally able to hit it this week. This one accomplishment will snowball into many more down the road. Enjoy those football cards Rhett!

Feeling the love tonight. It must be feed your coach day! Thank you Hana and Noah for the spicy chicken sandwich. Because of this sandwich there will be no pushups at the end of today’s training session!😂
