Most people who feel tired in the afternoon aren't sleep-deprived.
They're dehydrated.
Even mild dehydration — just 1–2% — can cause fatigue, brain fog, headaches, and reduced physical performance.
The fix is boring but it works: drink water before you feel thirsty. By the time you're thirsty, you're already behind.
A good rule of thumb: half your body weight in ounces per day. So if you weigh 150 lbs, aim for 75 oz.

Nobody does.
She started somewhere simpler. Somewhere quieter. Maybe just parking farther away and deciding to take the stairs.

If you're dealing with back pain, nerve issues, or just the kind of ache that doesn't go away — you're not alone. And you don't have to push through a high-intensity class to feel better.

One of our Cumberland members came to our Tai Chi for Balance and Strength class managing disc pain and nerve damage. She told us this class has helped her work through chronic pain, improve her balance, and even get back on the treadmill.

Her words: "I enjoy the smaller class size too, because I've gained some special people in my life."

That's what we're building here.

We are getting closer to 1 million visits at Sunshine Fitness!

In March alone, we had 12,856 visits, bringing us to 37,575 visits in 2026 and 817,147 visits since opening.

That means we have now reached 81.7% of our 1 million visit goal.

Every visit matters, and every person who walks through our doors is part of this incredible milestone. Thank you for being part of the Sunshine Fitness community and helping us build healthier, stronger communities together.
