So I have changed things up a bit.. and I’m on week 2 of LIIFT4 but now I’m supplementing my workouts with some running/walking to get some extra calorie burn and cardio in.. Just ran my first “5k” on Saturday (a virtual run for the Run Houston Sam Houston race)... have several more lined up.. let’s do this!! @ Clear Lake City, Texas

Nice workout and pump to begin the week. Though I’m already kind of ticked off at the BoD app on my Apple Watch. It doesn’t respond to when I try to “stop” the workout. I can press STOP a million times and it continues “tracking.” Even when I begin the workout from my phone the watch app asks if I was to track it and then doesn’t.. I still have to manually start it to get the heart rate info etc from the workout...

I think I’m going to begin using the watch built in workout to begin tracking.. at least that works...

Been a rough week for me.. this New Year hasn’t been the most “amazing” in the productive sense.. suppose I’m battling fear or self doubt.. not sure.. so I’m not on my routine...

But I had a “heart to heart” chat with myself this morning.. and it’s going to be ok... better than ok... more like AMAZING AF!!

I’ll pickup my X3 schedule on Monday just to keep it “on schedule” and begin Block2 then. Today I just Accelerator just to get some cardio in and it felt great!!

Here’s to an amazing 2020 for everyone!!
