Well guys the Doctor says i need surgery to fix my fusion damages on L3 and new screws in the L2 & L5 vertebra due to degeneration of disk, Soooooooooooooooo i guess is time for some surgery unfortunately, im just waiting on the surgeon to give time and date of operation..............

I woke up with horrible back pain this morning and i could NOT lift weights which made me angry and depressed......... but instead of sitting around fealing sorry for my self i took some ibuprofen and decided to go on a cardio walk for 1:30hrs burning about 700cal's and i turned a bad day in to a good day real quick... ( the first step to recovery is changing your state of mind from negative to a positive one )
