Just be… and come move with me.

I’m excited to kick off Yoglates beginning February 18th at 5:30 PM at Your Time Fitness in Clayton!

This class blends the core-strengthening, controlled movements of Pilates with the flexibility, balance, and mindful breathing of yoga. We’ll move with intention, work the entire body, and finish each session with a calming meditation to help you reset and unwind.

Whether you’re new or experienced, this class is for anyone wanting to feel stronger, more flexible, and a little more centered at the end of the day.

All levels welcome.
Show up at Your Time Fitness or message me to reserve your spot and come “just be” with us. 🧘‍♀️✨

If you are without power and require a warm shower, please visit Your Time Fitness, where we are providing complimentary showers to local residents. Our office is open from 8 am to 6 pm, after which our staff will need to leave. Please bring your own towels and toiletries.

Murph 2025 🇺🇸💪

Today, we honored the fallen by coming together as a community to take on the Murph Challenge — a grueling workout done in memory of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service.

Huge respect to everyone who showed up, pushed through, and paid tribute the best way we know how.
We remember. We honor. We push forward.

Its time!!

Members AND Non-members welcome!!

Once again, we will be challenging our bodies to participate in the military Murph. This will be held on Saturday, May 24 at 8:05 AM. If you were unable to make this time, you are more than welcome to complete this during the week.

This challenge can be done individually or with a workout partner at your own pace. If you have a workout partner, you typically only complete half of the work out below. It can be split into any way that you desire.
Example: 10, 20, or 30 at a time

Typical Murph
- 1 mile run/walk/row
- 100 pull-ups (assistant)
- 200 push-ups
- 300 squats
- 1 mile/walk/row

If you are interested in a T-shirt, we have limited supply. See the office for availability.
