So, I have, in the past talked to you guys about other aspects of your health outside of just nutrition.... and that it what I want to do today.
As you know, I now work from home. What you may not know is that I work for a Chronic Care Management company. I started out with them as a Care Manager but was promoted (1 year ago tomorrow) to the admin team and now serve as the HR representative for our team. I recruit, interview, hire, and train new nurses to do what I was doing and I also provide the ongoing training for all of our care management nurses. I also manage our social media accounts and post regular health tips and such.
I said that to say this - I will be sharing some of those "Tips & Tricks" from my social media postings here as well to address overall health and wellness instead of JUST discussing keto food and the ketogenic lifestyle.
