Dinner: 4 Better with Cheddar brats cooked in the air fryer

I know that I am undereating. I should be eating MUCH more in a day. I have to start working on that.

Not Pictured-breakfast yesterday was 4 pieces of wrights thick cut bacon and 4 boiled eggs with lots of Redmond’s salt. Pictured on right-Dinner was four eggs over medium cooked in butter.
Not Pictured-Breakfast today was 4 eggs over medium (same as dinner last night) and then around 2pm today I had about 4oz of carne asada cooked in Bacon Up.
Pictured on left-Dinner tonight was thin shaved ribeye with four eggs-and I could eat that meal ALL DAY every day! It was soooo good! Cooked ribeye in air fryer just until the edges curled….perfect!
By the way-I cheat and fry my eggs in a Flip Skillet! I add my butter or bacon grease and then crack four eggs…cook until the whites are jiggly but not quite done-flip it and add salt/pepper and then slide those bad boys right into the bowl. Yummmmmmm

Surprise!!!! It’s ME!!!! It has been a horrible ⌛️year⏳with more tragedy and 🩺🦠injuries ⛓️‍💥and of course I fell off the 🛒proverbial wagon….gained back ALL of my original weight and more…💣⚖️🧨

So, I have, in the past talked to you guys about other aspects of your health outside of just nutrition.... and that it what I want to do today.

As you know, I now work from home. What you may not know is that I work for a Chronic Care Management company. I started out with them as a Care Manager but was promoted (1 year ago tomorrow) to the admin team and now serve as the HR representative for our team. I recruit, interview, hire, and train new nurses to do what I was doing and I also provide the ongoing training for all of our care management nurses. I also manage our social media accounts and post regular health tips and such.

I said that to say this - I will be sharing some of those "Tips & Tricks" from my social media postings here as well to address overall health and wellness instead of JUST discussing keto food and the ketogenic lifestyle.

Today is all about SLEEP!!!!!!!!! Did you know that sleep deprivation increases insulin resistance - which is the number one reason most people start keto? This little infographic has just a couple of tips to help get your sleep back on track!
