Our flagship location in Franklin NC (Franklin Health & Fitness) has been family owned and operated (and thriving) since 1988. After you lift, walk, take a class, or sweat it out, give your body a few extra minutes to cool down and recharge. Whether it’s the sauna, HydroMassage, Theragun, or grabbing a smoothie on your way out, your post-workout routine matters too.

Train hard, refuel, and don’t skip the reset. 💪
