Thank you, Shannon, for sharing your message and kicking off our night with such an important reminder of the culture and life skills we want to build into this program.
Thank you to our athletes for buying in, showing up, and choosing to establish a new culture for our new program. You have the opportunity to set the standard and leave a legacy for every Lady Bearcats team that follows you—and I couldn’t be more excited to see what you do with it.
Thank you to our parents for allowing your kids to be a part of this journey and trusting us to be part of their growth.
And thank you to our coaches for bringing your shared energy, passion, and commitment—and for recognizing just how important this work is. It takes all of us to build something special.
