Classes have been suspended for the remainder of 2022 due to a knee injury and holiday travel.

UPDATE 11-14: Class cancelled
Sadly, I just twisted my knee and can't fully walk on it. I am hoping a couple days of ice therapy will have me up and jumping around soon! Stay tuned for an update for classes coming up.
