Thursdays Tumbling Coaches 💕

What an amazing opportunity it is to have 3 coaches on the floor at all times during our Thursday tumbling classes!

Having multiple trained coaches allows us to give athletes more individual attention, break skills down more effectively, keep groups moving, and make sure every athlete is getting the support they need to continue growing.

We are so excited about the structure of these classes and even more excited to watch these athletes progress with Coach Jordan B, Coach Jordan M, and Coach Nae! 🖤🩵

Tuesday’s Tumbling Coaches 💕

Natalie was tuned in and putting in the WORK on that back handspring with Coach Jordan! 💪🩵

After an injury last season unfortunately took her out of tumbling for months, seeing her back on the mat, rebuilding her confidence, and working toward those skills again makes us so proud. 🥹

She’s taking it one step at a time, trusting the process, and getting stronger every practice. Keep pushing, Natalie! 👑✨
