I think that there has been some confusion over if and when you are allowed to have a guest on the club.
You as a member are allowed one guest only when there is absolutely no hunting season in,including squirrel season as long as your guest has contacted a board member and signed a waiver before they can enter the club property .
And also if you have a child that is over the age of 18 they have the opportunity to join but can not be on the club with you unless they pay their dues, it is absolutely not permitted and is unfair to the other members.This includes riding side-by-sides and any other activities.If you are divorced from your spouse,just because he or she has joined the club does not give you the right to go onto the club property, and you shouldn’t be taking other people on the club since you are not a member.
So I strongly suggest that if you are in this situation you contact me and ask about joining the club or if you are caught on the property you will be charged with trespassing. And whoever that you are with that is a club member they will also be removed from the club. The rules apply to everybody. The bank will no longer take dues after this date either!!. June 1st is the DEADLINE for dues!!! And ALL club members MUST SIGN A WAIVER
FORM!! ‼️‼️

If you can not attend the meeting tomorrow to pay your dues, you need to either pay at the bank or mail a check. I am not going to run down money or use my time & gas meeting people all the time to get it. I don’t mean to be hateful about it but I’m not doing it this year. If you need the address to send the check let me know. You also HAVE to sign a waiver! If you do not plan on joining back, please let us know & turn in your key. If you ordered shirts you must pick them up tomorrow at the meeting! Dues are due by June 1st- No Exceptions!! Thanks!!

Just a reminder that all club members are required to sign a waiver form each year before entering the property, this is not our policy, this is company policy and it is required each year. There is absolutely no guest allowed during any open season unless it is a youth hunter in the off-season. Each member will be allowed one guest, only providing they have signed the waiver before entering the property. The waiver must be signed and submitted to me before your guest is allowed to access the property. Also prior members that have chosen to drop out of the club are not allowed to be brought back onto the club as a guest.
If you’re an established member and you have a child that is 18 years of age or older they are required to pay full dues, fill out the paperwork and sign a waiver form before entering the property.
I know it is warming up and people are anxious to get out and ride your side-by-side, but as we are in the middle of the first week of Turkey season, please be respectful to the hunters and wait till after 1 o’clock when season is closed to do so, even though I know we operate under state law, I also asked the hound hunters to be respectful, and do the same.

There has been some road work done on the Wetstone side of the hunting club 
going to the power structures and the tram road has also been fixed. Please be respectful and do not travel these roads under wet conditions until the road gets settled in good thanks for everyone’s cooperation.

Other changes made during this meeting that go in effect immediately:
***Added another board member

***NO road hunting permitted!! Have respect for people & their stands/spots!!

***CHANGE to the bylaws: If a member is 65 years old with 5 years of membership, it is free if they get a sponsor for their spot. If the following year the sponsor drops out, the member is responsible for membership dues for that spot (or get another sponsor)

***Not taking anymore bear hunters as club members. Addressed some of the buddy system in the club not working out.

***Clothing order due April 4th

***Next meeting will be May 2, 2026 @ noon at Swandale Park.
