NEEDS WORK
Drop down windows, walk through to stalls, large bathroom, all appliances work, AC works, ramp load with spring assist, stud wall, managers, 8ft wide 7’6 tall, awning fabric needs replacing we do have that, electric jack.

it has a leak in the skylight and the ceiling and walls will need to be repair also at the entrance into the living room. Price reflects work needing to be done.
The trailer is well worth more than asking price.

Possible trade for a three horse aluminum weekender plus cash, with walk through.
