Join us for a fun-filled morning of family fishing at the Cowan Lake Youth Pond! We will be hosting the First Cast Fishing Workshop, where young anglers can complete four stations: Fishing Habitat and Handling, Fishing Knots and Rigging, Casting, and Local Information. Those who complete all four stations will receive a free rod and reel combo, available in limited quantities, as well as a complimentary lunch coupon for Poppy's Hot Dogs & More, which will be on-site. If you catch a tagged catfish, you will win $30 in Poppy's coupons. Don't have any fishing tackle or bait, no problem; we'll supply it for you. No fishing license is required for Father's Day weekend. Bait is provided by Fishing Pole Bait and Tackle. Please share, thank you!
