I have limited spots available in early morning strength/cardio/yoga class starting tomorrow, May 14th, and running through June 27th. It is Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 to 6 AM. This class is 14 sessions, $80. Lmk if would like to join us! Low pressure summer schedule at 2 times per week! You will be joining a great established group!
