Thank you all for joining me this morning! Some of you I haven’t seen in far too long, it was so nice having you back in the studio. You were definitely missed! A few new first timers came in and rocked it, I couldn’t be prouder! Truly hope to see you again. And for those that show up every Friday, this class wouldn’t be what it is without you. Your beautiful smiles and never quit spirits shine so bright! I love you all!

Next Friday we have a little shindig planned! If you’ve been on the fence about trying Barre, this is your chance to experience a fun, challenging, country music themed class that will have you hootin and hollerin! There will be a raffle for a pair of barre socks. So bust out those cowgirl hats and bandannas and let’s ride!

Guys! This is HUGE! .fitness is holding a training right here in lil ol’ Clarksville! 🎉
sango is hosting the event and I couldn’t be more pumped.

As most of you know, High Fitness was my very first group fitness certification. It holds a special place in my heart 💗 and always will. For the past four years I have been the only certified High Fitness instructor in Clarksville. I have spent that time trying to spread as much “high love” as I possibly could. Bringing a new format to a new place and building a home for it has not been easy. It’s been tough! But luckily with a few gyms and MANY participants giving me a shot, I can finally see the plan unfolding. People are finding the fun in fitness with High and I’m beyond proud. Being apart of this training means more to me than you can imagine.

If you’ve ever considered teaching group fitness, this is the format that’s going to set the bar high! Literally. If you can teach this format, you can teach any thing!

What a sweaty Friday morning with these Barre Besties! đź’¦ We did some serious work, but also had some serious fun. Truly the best start to my weekend. I hope you all know how much I appreciate you for bringing the energy.

Wanted to give you a heads up that I will be subbing for Susan on the 8th at 8:30am in the main studio. We are going to bring a little dance cardio to your Wednesday morning, so come try this fun format that I’ve never taught at the Y before! I promise you won’t regret it! ⚡️

Our Valentine Day themed Barre class might have fallen on Friday the 13th, but it was far from daunting. Well maybe some of the pulsing was, but they still left with smiles on their faces. That’s a win in my book!

I truly love every minute I get to spend with them. We laugh, smile, groan, and even tease each other a little. But it’s all in fun! My Friday would not be the same without them.

Thank you for providing us a space to love and appreciate fitness together!

HEARTBREAKER HIGH will be held in the GGX studio at Gold’s. The only gym in Clarksville that makes the dance floor feel like the club! BARRE, BREW, & I LOVE YOU will be in the hot yoga studio.
