We are NWRFC, the Stone Lions of Nashville, est. 1996. We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to teach and share the concepts of fair play, sportsmanship and camaraderie embodied in the sport of rugby. We are Division 2 team dedicated to contributing to the growth of women's rugby in Tennessee and the US. We have a spot for everyone, welcoming players of all sizes and shapes. No experie

nce is necessary! Come check us out at Rugby 101 - Saturday, August 9th, at Centennial Park from 10AM - 12PM. Our first 15's practice will be Tuesday, August 12th, at Hendersonville Rugby Complex. Normal practice location will be at NashBash fields starting in late August. Like us for up-to-date scores, pictures, and events. Did you know NWRFC is part of International Gay Rugby (IGR)? Our friends at are hosting the bi-annual in Brisbane, Australia this August!

Major League Rugby is coming to GEODIS Park next Sunday!!

The Chicago Hounds take on the New England Free Jacks in MLR’s biggest rivalry, and you can attend 🔥

It’s finally here! Everything we’ve been working towards all season all culminates this weekend at the True South Rugby Union Playoffs 🎉

The team will be traveling to Knoxville in the morning to play against at 1PM EST. Who we play on Sunday will be determined by the winner of tomorrow’s match.

We have a super exciting week coming up ➡️

We have our normal practices Tuesday and Thursday, and then our weekly workout on Wednesday at .💪

Saturday and Sunday we leave it all on the table at this year’s True South Playoffs!! We are playing our first game on Saturday against at 1PM EST. 🔥

Our 2nd game on Sunday will be determined by the winner of our first game.

We are so excited and we can’t wait to see you guys out there this week. 🎉🎉

Rugby is for everyone. Period.

This year, we are selling “WITH YOU” t-shirts to show that every body is a rugby body.

We are dedicated to supporting q***r people both in our sport and our community, and therefore we are donating 100% of the profits to Trans Aid Nashville.
TAN is a GREAT organization, and you should check them out!

Shirts can be picked up locally or shipped to your door for an additional $10.
