JC's House Of Despair This is not a globo gym, this is not a beauty contest or a place to half ass it. A place to give it your all, to not quit.

This is a personal place for friends, to grunt, yell, sweat and drop weights when needed, to encourage each other. The only rule is to give it your all and to push others to do the same.
