We had such a great time out at Renzo Gracie Stewart County last night. Thank you to all the RGC women for coming out and supporting our sister school. No ego. Just women showing up for each other, and that's not extra- that's the whole point.

To grow the sport, we have to grow it together. Every mat we show up on, every school we support, every sister we cheer on — that's how women's BJJ gets stronger. 🥋💪

We ended the month with a promotion. Aine has been a part of our academy since 2024. She is an intelligent young woman who takes her BJJ very seriously and is a constant presence in our classes. Tears and all she reminded us that you don't have to feel calm and confident to succeed, you just have to keep going, one of the most inspirational belt tests we've had. This promotion was a bittersweet moment for all as she will be moving out of our area to attend law school and pursue newlywed life. We wish her all the best and know that whatever she puts her mind to she will achieve.

Wow, what an awesome night! 🤍

Professor Val led tonight’s All Levels Gi class while Professor James had the teens. By the end of the night, we had a total of five black belts on the mats!

Tonight was a little different as we wrapped up class with two shark tanks. 🦈

Join us in wishing Rocco a very happy birthday! 🎉 And also help us say a bittersweet goodbye to Kyra. She was only visiting for about a month, but in that short time she truly became part of the Renzo Gracie Clarksville family.

Happy Birthday, Rocco🥳, and goodbye and good luck, Kyra. You’ll always have a home with us. 🤍
