My approach is grounded in accountability and support. Therefore it’s mandatory for me to consistently communicate with my clients, monitor their progress, and provide guidance. I understand that staying on track can be tough, but I'm here for support every step of the way.
As a certified health coach, ex gym owner with 7+ years of experience, I specialize in weight loss and and muscle definition. I offer a comprehensive and flexible program that prioritizes nutrition, but also covers many aspects of health and wellness, including: exercise, total physical activity, sleep, and more.
This is all compacted into a single app, to make the journey as smooth as butter. (Ps: Don’t eat too much butter btw)
