It’s with a very heavy heart that we tell you we’re closing Southern Indiana RC Speedway permanently.

We thank you for the eight years of amazing memories and great fun! Many friendships were forged here that will last a lifetime.

The equipment, track, scoring system, and everything necessary to rebuild/reopen the track has been purchased by a group in West Central Indiana. They hope to have things up and running sometime next year and we will keep you posted regarding their progress.

We encourage everyone to stay active in the racing community however possible.

The SIRCS website and social media will remain open and active. We encourage you to post any memories or photographs you may have in the comments below so we can keep the spirit of SIRCS alive.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything. It’s been one hell of a ride!

🏁 Preferred car number & why: 93 because it seems to be my lucky number.

🏁 Preferred paint scheme or colors: I don’t really have a preferred scheme. I like to mix it up with replicas of all kinds of nascar schemes.

🏁 Number of RC cars owned: somewhere around 25-30

🏁 My favorite class: Any legends class.

🏁 My favorite event: RJ Speed Nationals

🏁 Best racing memory: When Trinity was able to hold off Tim in one of the legends classes and when Eva won her first breakout race.
