24 Hour Family Fitness provides classes, personal training, kids activity area a variety of weight training equipment and cardio equipment. We invite our community to try out the club for 1 week for FREE. Please call for a free 1 week pass

We are so excited to announce that we now have personal training available through KC Crook! Please join us in welcoming him to the LivFit team. Here is his introduction below:

Hello, my name is KC Crook, I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years. I have my degree in Physical Education and Health. I'm married to my beautifully awesome wife Jessica, and i have two awesome children.
I specialize in body building, powerlifting, and just overall fitness. If you want to build muscle, get stronger, lose weight, or just improve your overall health, I'm here to help!
I look forward to working with you and helping you in your fitness journey! I'll see you there!
