Mrs Allison- A hatha yoga teacher of 5 years, sharing her practice, a safe space, come as you are with no preconceived ideas of what you need to be able to do. Spell's Dance Wear will be onsite to purchase the required dance attire for each level: leotards, tights, skirts and ballet shoes. Pointe shoe purchase must be done at their store to ensure proper fittings.
