With outstanding performances from our athletes, we’ve brought home numerous accolades, showcasing the dedication and skill of our team.

Notice of Schedule Change for Saturday, March 16, 2024

We've got a busy week with our youth headed to the Rebel Judo Invitational in Owenton, KY and several students and members of our staff headed to visit Prof. Reggie in Murfreesboro for his Half-Guard seminar. As a result we've got a modified schedule for this Saturday.

Cancellations:
- 9:00 AM Youth Performance
- 10:00 AM HIIT
- 11:00 AM Adult Performance
- 9:00 AM Intro to Youth BJJ
- 10:00 AM Youth No Gi

Still in session:
- 10:00 AM Over 40 BJJ
- 11:00 AM Women's BJJ

Beginning Sat., Nov 4 "Over 40 BJJ" is now available each Saturday at 11:00 AM. Instructed by coach Jon Jasper, this class is structured specifically for all levels of BJJ students over 40.

Attention Team!

We have a modified schedule for this weekend:

📆 Friday, August 11th: There will be no evening classes. Rest up Competition Team, because Saturday is Grappling Games Nashville!
📆 Saturday, August 12th: We will be closed in order to fully support our competitors. This includes our Saturday open mat.
📆 Sunday, August 13th: Open mat will be in session as usual.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We hope to see you all back on the mats soon!
