We opened our doors in 2019 with the hope of bringing high quality training in a world class facility to the valley. Unfortunately due to Covid shutdowns, lack of consistent membership base and staffing issues we will be closing our doors for the last time on January 6th 2023. It breaks our hearts it has come down to this no current members will be charged from now until Jan 6th the next month is on us. We thank all our current members especially those that stuck with us through the Covid lockdowns and hope you will continue to join us until next year!

WOW…just…WOW! What an incredible turnout for the second annual “Steve Wessels Jr. Memorial WOD”. 50+ people working out plus many more on the sidelines, 8 separate stations, and SO much love in the room.

Awesome turnout, great energy, fun workout, and an awesome time hanging out afterwards. Thanks to my guy Josh Huffaker for throwing his hat back in the ring and guest coaching today. Thank you to everybody who contributed with food, drinks, etc. Thanks to everybody for making this a memorable experience.

On Wednesday, August 24, 2022 we will again be hosting the ‘Steve Wessels Jr. Memorial WOD.’ Steve Jr. was a lifetime valley resident, prominent business person and more importantly a beloved husband, father, son, brother and friend. If you knew Jr., you know the impact he had on this community.

Steve Jr. enjoyed participating in CrossFit with his younger sister Kacy Myklebust. He wasn’t ‘in it to win it’ so to say but rather in it for the enjoyment of staying fit and hanging with a great community of people. Steve always had a smile on his face and a joke to bring a smile to yours. We’re excited to pay tribute to Steve Wessels Jr., come join us for the fun!

We will be running this at our normal class times all throughout the day, culminating with a big 4:30 class. After class we’ll have some drinks, snacks and time together, and will not be running our 5:30 class! All are welcome to come participate, or just watch and hang out 😊

Wanted to highlight this kid (Kam Forsmann) for his hard work and huge achievement! He, along with 3 of his teammates, will be representing the Lewis-Clark Neptune teammates at Zones down in California this week. This is a massive honor, as Kam has earned the right to swim among the best athletes in 17 states in the west coast region. We are so proud of him; he works hard in the gym and in the pool EVERY SINGLE DAY!
